Event sustainability management systems certification is a certification that the  event sustainability management system of event organizers or institutions complies with the requirements of GB/T31598-2015/ISO20121:2012. Organizations that have passed the certification will be registered and can be checked on official websites such as CNCA and JCC. Organizations applying for certification should establish a documented management system that meets the requirements of the GB/T31598-2015/ISO20121:2012 standard, complete internal audits and management reviews before applying for certification, and ensure that the system is effective and fully operational for more than three months. The certification is carried out in two stages: the first stage audit, which mainly conducts document review, confirms topics and the adequacy of the second stage audit preparation; the second stage audit, mainly evaluates the implementation of the system, including effectiveness, and makes Recommended conclusions of the on-site audit.
