The certification process

1. Enterprise self-assessment

The organization shall, according to the requirements of the excellent Quality management system certification, conduct self-evaluation and fill in the corresponding contents of the "Self-evaluation report" (enterprise description, organizational relationship, challenges, operations, related parties, engineering projects, resources, management, performance indicators), and the certification implementer shall evaluate the feasibility of the excellent quality certification.

2. The online application

The organization shall submit the application for the certification of excellent quality management system, fill in the certification application form and submit relevant materials.

3. Scheme planning

Set up the audit team and appoint the audit leader, formulate the certification scheme of the excellent quality management system, determine the key points of the certification according to the basic materials submitted by the organization, and prepare the audit plan.

4. Review of documentation

Industry experts set up a review group of documents and materials to analyze the self-assessment reports, management documents and other relevant materials submitted by the organization in detail, conduct preliminary audit and evaluation of the enterprise and form relevant analysis and conclusions, so as to provide reference for the next on-site audit work at the same time of proposing improvement solutions for the enterprise.

5. On-site certification

6. Analysis of results

8. Certificate issuance
