After graduating from university in 1995, he was assigned to the 73rd Engineering Office of China coal construction and installation company to work in the Quality Assurance Center and participate in the ISO 9000 standard certification of the enterprise. The enterprise is also the first batch of ISO certification pilot units in China. In 2000, he entered Beijing Tianrun Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. and served as the director of enterprise management office. He planned that the enterprise had successfully passed ISO9001 / ISO14001 / ohsms28001 three system certification, and then was responsible for enterprise management system, enterprise development planning and other related work. In 2004, he joined Beijing China Construction Association Certification Center Co., Ltd. and successively served as manager of human resources department, manager of audit department, assistant to the chairman and full-time auditor.
