Engaged in management system consulting and certification for 16 years. Since 2000, he has been engaged in management system consulting full-time or part-time, and has conducted management system training and system establishment guidance for more than 200 enterprises. He has prepared the establishment and implementation of quality management system for small and medium-sized enterprises and the training course for internal auditors of management system for small and medium-sized enterprises; Engaged in the certification and audit of quality, environment, occupational health and safety management system for nearly 20 years, and audited more than 1200 enterprises in total.

He has been an excellent auditor of China Construction Association Certification Center for many times. He published an article on the integration of management system process and organizational business in the 12th issue of China Certification and accreditation in 2016 to explore the necessity and feasibility of the integration of internal control basic norms and management system in large enterprises.
