On December 20, the Steering Committee of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) China Construction CSR Project (Phase II) 2022 was held in Beijing, with Jing Wan, Vice President of the China Construction Industry Association (CCIA), and Wang Wei, staff member of the Member Services and Integrated Management Department; Ms. Nilgün Tas, Deputy Director of the Environment Division of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), RBC (Responsible Mr. Florian J. BERANEK, Chief Expert and Project Leader of RBC (Responsible Business Conduct); Mr. Zhang Yi, Deputy Director of China Center for International Economic and Technical Exchanges (CICETE), Ms. Julie Zhu, Deputy Director of UN Operations II, Mr. Li Ning, Project Officer of UN Operations II; Mr. Wang Youwu, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Harbin Institute of Technology and Mr. Ma Jian, International Project Mentor, participated in the meeting. The meeting started with speeches by Mr. Jing Wan, Vice President of China Construction Industry Association, Ms. Nilgün Tas, Deputy Director of the Environment Division of the United Nations Industrial Development Organization and Mr. Zhang Yi, Deputy Director of the China Center for International Economic and Technical Exchanges. Then, Ms. Wang Zhenqi, Technical Director of the Project Office and expert in social responsibility and sustainable development, and Mr. Florian BERANEK, Chief Expert of RBC and project leader, reported on the completion of the project, its achievements and highlights. Then, Mr. Wang Youwu, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor of Harbin Institute of Technology, shared the project results, "Research Report on the Status of Corporate Social Responsibility in China's Construction Industry". Finally, Vice President Jing Wan, Ms Nilgün Tas and Deputy Director Zhang Yi commented on the completion of the project, fully affirmed the various tasks of the project, spoke highly of the results and impact of the project, and offered guidance and suggestions for future work.

This meeting was both the closing summary meeting of the UNIDROChina Construction CSR Project (Phase II) and the acceptance meeting of the project's completion and results. The successful holding of the meeting marked the formal acceptance and conclusion of the UNIDO China Construction CSR Project (Phase II).
