On December 5, the second China Construction Testing and Certification Union Conference was held in Beijing. The conference was guided by Standard quota Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Certification Supervision and Management Department of the State Administration for Market Regulation, and hosted by China Construction Testing and Certification Union (hereinafter referred to as the "Alliance"). As one of the founding members of the alliance, JCC issued the first batch of quality management system certification certificates for assembly building enterprises at the conference. More than 300 representatives from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the State Administration for Market Regulation, housing and construction departments in various provinces (cities), the National Association of engineering construction, development and design units, construction and engineering general contractors, inspection and testing certification institutions, and scientific research institutes witnessed the certificate issuing ceremony.
